Opleiding:

• Mw. Drs. O.J.M Creten studeerde geneeskunde aan de Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (België), waar zij in 2002 magna cum laude afstudeerde. 
• Haar opleiding tot oogarts (2002-2006) volgde zij in Leuven (Universitair Ziekenhuis), Antwerpen (Middelheim ziekenhuis) en Swansea (Singleton hospital,UK). Hierna heeft zij als oogarts in de UK gewerkt, met aandacht voor cataractchirurgie. 
• In 2007 heeft zij een fellowship Cataractchirugie gedaan in Het Oogziekenhuis Rotterdam. 
• Sedert 1 januari 2009 is zij staflid in Het Oogziekenhuis Rotterdam en tevens werkzaam op locatie Ysselland ziekenhuis.
